We have found that clarity at the beginning of a clinical relationship fosters a good working partnership. The following information helps us meet your individual needs and maintain quality services for you as our clients.
Where will sessions take place?
Sessions will take place within your home. The therapist will arrive with all their own equipment. If you have specific equipment you would like to be utilised, such as an exercise ball or trampette, please do let the therapist know.
Do sessions have to be weekly?
Stay updated and see our current Whilst we highly recommend weekly sessions, we appreciate and understand that weekly is not always affordable or achievable. We are flexible in what we can offer you, whether it be weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
How do I book an assessment or sessions?
Please call the number at the bottom of the page, or found on the contact us page, so the therapist can have a discussion about what you are looking for, what we can offer and agree on a date.
What if I need to cancel?
Your child’s attendance to their therapy sessions is critical to your child’s progression and success of treatment. Only one appointment per calendar month may be cancelled, without incurring a charge for that appointment, if the appointment is cancelled with 24 hours notice. However, appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours of the session start time will be charged at 50% of the rate. In the event of illness or inclement weather conditions, every effort will be made to re-schedule.
If your child is being seen in a school setting, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO NOTIFY YOUR THERAPIST OF A CANCELLATION. Check your child’s field trip, special event, and holiday schedule to prevent appointment charges.
How much are assessments?
Assessments start from £350 and increase in price depending on what type of assessment is required and what paperwork/report is requested. Please contact us to request our price list.
We ask for a £50 deposit when booking the assessment, then the rest of funds paid before the report is released to you.
What are your standards?

We aim to respond to your phone call or email within 48 hours, please leave a voicemail if there is no answer.

We aim to book you in for an assessment within 8 weeks.
​
We aim to get your report back to you within 4 weeks of the assessment date.
